Siebel Technical Consultant

SMS’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Practice is a leading specialist Oracle Siebel solutions consultancy in Australia.  We are currently expanding our Consultant base and have permanent opportunities available for experienced Siebel Technical Consultants. You will work on the full life cycle of Oracle Siebel CRM projects, from the initial discovery and design phase through the implementation, deployment and support. 
 

• Minimum of 1-2 years Siebel experience with at least 2 implementations in a technical capacity participating through the full project life cycle
• Proficient technical experience using Siebel Tools (configuration, scripting (eScript), workflow and/or integration technologies (EAI/EIM))
• Administer Siebel Server components such as Object Manager, Workflow policies, Siebel Remote, Assignment manager, Communications server, Server Tasks etc
• Complete or manage installation and configuration of Siebel server and clients and system migrations between different environments (using ADM or other appropriate tools).
• Strong out-of-the-box functional knowledge and experience in technical solution design, gap and requirement analysis
• Good business knowledge of CRM principles and processes as they may relate to one or more of the following industries: Finance, Consumer Goods, Communications, Property and Government
• Excellent communication skills with effective client interaction skills and the ability to work independently
• Team leadership experience as a Senior Consultant
• Experience with a major systems integrator and/or an enterprise software company would be an advantage
