SMS’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Practice is a leading specialist Oracle Siebel solutions consultancy in Australia. We are currently expanding our Consultant base and have permanent opportunities available for experienced Siebel UCM Consultants. This is an exciting time to join this new initiative at SMS and one that is likely to bring substantial growth and opportunities for employees.
You will have the opportunity to work on Siebel UCM projects from the initial design and discovery phase through to project implementation and support.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
- At least 2 previous implementations of Siebel UCM in a technical lead/architect role (at least 1 on Siebel UCM 8.x or higher)
- Siebel UCM 8.x application configuration
- Siebel UCM 8.x tools experience
- At least 2 years of Customer Master Data Management (MDM) / Single View of the Customer (SVoC) experience.
- Exposure to Data Quality Tools such as Informatica, Business Objects Data Insight (formerly First Logic), Trillium, IBM QualityStage, etc
- Knowledge of Extract Transform Load (ETL) technologies such as Informatica, IBM DataStage (formerly Ascential), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Business Objects Data Services, etc
- Knowledge and exposure to Data Providers such as Experian QAS, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), Acxiom, OneSource, etc
Along with your proven technical ability you will be a passionate and highly motivated individual with customer facing consulting abilities, who has proven experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
As an SMS consultant you will join one of our many on-site teams, assisting our clients by providing complex solutions to their problems. This client-facing role will mean you will gain valuable exposure across differing industries and technical domains.
